Hope you're enjoying the fresh fall weather as much as we are! We've been busy over the past few weeks with not only the launch of THE ROW holiday collection, but we're also celebrating the success of our new contemporary collection Elizabeth and James which is available now at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Intermix stores and online. Just last week we had an editor preview event in NY at the Moto Hassan Gallery sponsored by Intermix and showcasing the Spring 2008 collection. The party was amazing. So many influential editors from top fashion magazines attended and all had great things to say about the line. We're very excited to see what the future holds and would love to hear what you think about the line as well!

Ashley Olsen & Lance Armstrong Back Story
The Chicago Sun Times did some research and found out how Lance Armstrong and Ashley Olsen met. While I still think this rumor is a tad sketch (fifteen years is a pretty big age difference!) the story itself is pretty cute.
The Sun Times writes:
There's a fun back-story to the seemingly improbable new romance between Lance Armstrong and Ashley Olsen. It seems the famous twin has long lusted after the seven-time Tour de France champ, so much so that a pal got Armstrong to autograph a copy of one of his magazine covers. After it was given to Olsen a couple of years ago, she had it framed, and it's hung in her bedroom ever since.
How did the actress finally got to meet the cycling legend? She contacted him (through one of his agents) to ask for advice on buying a bike! Armstrong thought it so amusing, he called Ashley himself. That phone chat led to a lunch date - that continued into dinner and, well, you know ...

Ashley Olsen and Lance Armstrong?
The NY Post is reporting that Ashley Olsen and Lance Armstrong hooked up on Monday night.
They write:
Ashley Olsen has a new, older man. The 21-year-old twin showed up to the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel Monday night with Tory Burch's ex, Lance Armstrong, 36. Our bar spy said, "They came together with a group of friends. Ashley drank red wine, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2 a.m." Armstrong has been spending more time in town since he bought a home here. Another source said, "He tried to make Tory happy when they were dating by buying a place here, but she couldn't deal with him not actually living in the same city, so they broke up." Olsen's rep didn't return calls.

LOS ANGELES - Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen might never appear together on-screen again, but the twins are still very much a team.
The 21-year-olds made a name for themselves reciting one-liners as little Michelle Tanner on Full House. As children, they made numerous successful home videos aimed at little girls (playing sisters pulling each other out of sticky comedic situations, of course). But they say pairing up on-screen is not in their future.
"If we did something in that sense again, it would be in terms of producing," Ashley says.
Acting aside, "we do everything together," Mary-Kate says.
That would include their new contemporary fashion line, Elizabeth & James, which they have been touting to shoppers on both coasts, first in Los Angeles, then Tuesday night in New York.
After the L.A. event, the petite power team - seated at a table in the garden of Chateau Marmont and sipping drinks (iced soy latte for Ashley, Diet Coke for Mary-Kate) - proudly chatted up their efforts.
"It was amazing, because it's something we worked so hard on, and for the first time, we actually got to see a response," says Ashley about the event at the Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus.......... forts....
